Terms and Conditions

By booking a session or service with RC Coaching and Consulting ("we," "I," "Ray Corpuz"), you ("client," "you") agree to the following terms.

1. Services Offered

RC Coaching and Consulting offers 1:1 career coaching sessions (30-minute and 60-minute) and Resume & LinkedIn Rewrite services. All coaching sessions are conducted live via Google Meet. Resume & LinkedIn Rewrite services are delivered digitally.

2. Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking. All prices are listed on the website and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed through our booking platform and is due before any session or service begins.

3. Scheduling & Rescheduling

Coaching sessions must be rescheduled at least 48 hours before the scheduled session time. Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours' notice will be treated as a cancellation and are subject to the cancellation policy below. You may reschedule by contacting me directly at ray@rccoachingandconsulting.com.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made 48 or more hours before the scheduled session time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice are not eligible for a refund. No-shows (failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice) are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

For Resume & LinkedIn Rewrite services, cancellation requests made before work has begun (prior to the kickoff call) are eligible for a full refund. Once the kickoff call has taken place and work has started, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued.

5. Session Conduct

Sessions are private and confidential. I will not share the content of our conversations with any third party without your consent. In return, sessions may not be recorded, reproduced, or redistributed without my written permission.

6. Nature of Services

Career coaching is not a guarantee of employment, promotion, salary increase, or any specific career outcome. The guidance, strategies, and feedback I provide are based on my professional experience and are intended to support your career development. Results depend on many factors, including your effort, circumstances, and market conditions.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials provided during or as part of a service — including rewritten resumes, LinkedIn content, cover letters, templates, and frameworks — are for your personal use only. These materials may not be resold, shared publicly, or used for commercial purposes without my written permission.

8. Communication

By booking a service, you agree to receive emails related to your session or project, including scheduling confirmations, intake forms, and deliverable communications. Your contact information will never be shared or sold to third parties.

9. Limitation of Liability

RC Coaching and Consulting is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. This includes but is not limited to career decisions made based on coaching advice, job application outcomes, or the use of rewritten materials.

10. Changes to These Terms

I reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be reflected on the website. Continued use of services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Agreement

By completing a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
