I’m a Senior Project Manager with 8+ years of experience leading enterprise programs at high-growth technology companies, including Transcarent, Rippling, Rightway, and Hinge Health. I work in fast-moving, high-pressure startup environments every day—navigating ambiguity, shifting priorities, demanding stakeholders, and the constant pressure to deliver.
I’ve built PMO operations from the ground up, led $30M+ enterprise portfolios, and worked through many of the same career decisions my clients are facing. I’m not coaching from outdated playbooks, recycled advice, or career-development gimmicks. I’m on the front lines of today’s technology market, navigating the same pressures, changes, and career decisions as my clients.
